Our Story
GlobalMed Transcriptions (SMC) Pvt. Ltd. was founded in Pakistan in 2007 with a clear purpose: to help healthcare professionals spend less time on documentation and more time caring for patients. What began as a medical transcription business has grown into a provider of clinical documentation, AI-assisted clinical documentation editing, medical coding, medical billing, and revenue cycle management services.
Our founder, Riaz Naveed, brought experience in clinical laboratory work, medical transcription, quality assurance, and CPC and CPB training to the company. That understanding of both healthcare and documentation continues to shape how we work: We listen to each client's requirements, build processes around their systems, and give every report and claim the attention it deserves.
